30-Day Evaluation Window

We are confident in the molecular precision of our Artist Collection. However, should your acquisition not meet your exact specifications, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Due to the hygienic nature of reformer practice, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their pristine, original condition—with all bespoke packaging, tags, and protective layers entirely intact. Our atelier staff rigorously inspects all returns; items showing any signs of studio wear or laundering will not be authorized for a refund.

Defect Exchange & Fidelity

In the rare instance that your functional art piece demonstrates a manufacturing fluctuation in its 1mm technical bond, we will prioritize an immediate, complimentary exchange for the identical numbered edition (where available). Please contact our dedicated care concierge immediately upon discovery.

Initiating a Return

To commence the return or exchange protocol, please email our client care team. Do not dispatch your mat without prior authorization, as unsolicited returns cannot be processed by our receiving department.

Refund Processing

Upon successful inspection by our quality assurance team, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original outward shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
