Complimentary Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary on product subtotals of $100 or more. Product subtotals below $100 are charged $15 for standard shipping. Every mat is inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch.
Shipping Regions & Import Charges
We currently ship only to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, and destination-country taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price collected at checkout.
Handling & Dispatch
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically requires 3-5 business days for domestic delivery. International transit times vary by destination, usually ranging from 10-15 business days.
